I visited Urgent Care clinic last week after I had a fall at work and hurt my hand. I am giving them 5 stars based on the doctor and the staff "in the back". They were prompt, kind, professional. They did xray, examined me and set me up to see ortho doctor as soon as possible. They were awesome and I would go back. Now the front desk person, she was a different story and as I had to call today for follow up of my worker's comp info and she had the same sour attitude that she did when I was in there on Thursday. Everything about my 2 visits in one week were great at the nlr location. Absolutely no complaints! Would definitely recommend anyone here and come back if need be! Everyone was really helpful and friendly!
The Cabot clinic is awesome! Friendly staff, very little to no wait time. Yesterday was the first time being there, I had an overall great first time experience, and definitely will return there. Jasmine I believe was her name at the front desk was very polite. The nurse that was taking care of me (I think her name might of been Brooke as well) was very patient, & kind Drew the doctor there came in and got straight to the point and let me know what he could do for me for the amount of pain I was in. GPC&ER visit meds that didn't work yall helped more than anyone, thank you all
I do not recommend anyone going here based off of how poorly their accounting department communicates. Also they charge $40 extra if you happen to go on a weekend or holiday.
I went tonite. The nurses are terrific. I couldn't ask for anyone to be more friendly, thorough or knowledgeable. This is the one on JFK.
The NLR Clinic is awesome! The wait is rarely long and the attention and service always make me feel better. I highly recommend this business.
