The receptionist was great. The doctor, Shelby Schaff however, was a completely different story. She wanted to give me a steroid shot initially. I explained to her I didn’t want to do that. Following this I explained how I come down with these symptoms 2-3x a year, and I told her what always works for me. She proceeded to tell me she’s the medical professional lol. I mean really? RecommendedBeen here twice in one week. From the front desk to the practitioner, the experience was great considering the circumstances in which we were there. We were seen speedily, everyone was patient, kind, and very informative. Thank you! This is my go to place from now on.
They take time to find out what is wrong with you and make sure they give you everything you need to get better and the staff is always so friendly and polite
True VIP service when I went in last week. I had a great exam, a breathing treatment and out the door I went. Feeling much better now! Everyone I saw was great!!!
Friendly and caring service
The location in Cabot is horrible. The nurse practitioner there is rude. He is totally stuck up and has no bedside manor whatsoever! I used to like this place but I will go to the new Baptist walk in clinic from now on!
I had to visit the urgent care twice yesterday (Cabot and Cantrell) for an inner and outer ear infection. Both were good experiences, but the experience when I went to the urgent care at Cantrell yesterday was phenomenal. I believe her name was Dr. Parks that took such amazing care of me. I arrived sobbing in tears from immense pain and left relieved and taken care of. I was so very thankful. 5 stars all around!!!
