I’ve been there twice in the past two weeks. The staff was both fast in getting me back to see the PA and friendly. Glad they are in the neighborhood.
Great experience; would highly recommend! No wait time and I was in, treated and out in under 25 minutes.
The staff at the Cabot clinic was wonderful. We were checked in and taken back to a room quickly. The nurse and doctor were super friendly and had my baby girl checked out and diagnosed and prescription called in with very little wait. We will be back if need be. Thank You for making my girl feel better.
BUYER BEWARE!!! They charge Emergency Room prices $634 for a band aide and tetanus shot $436 for a office visit and strep test Bills arrived 6 months after date of service
The lady at the front desk was rude as alqays. Looked at me as if I was stupid for asking which form I'm supposed to fill out. Then, the nurse was also kind of side as well. The Dr not sure what her name is she was super sweet made sure all my questions were answered and took great care of me. Those two other ladies tho... ugh.
At the Cabot location; the nurse practitioners and nurses are great! The front desk staff leaves a lot to be desired though. Josh seems to be the only one who knows correct policy and procedure. This week I've been given the runaround, lied to, deceived, and completely mislead as to the correct way to file insurance and get a refund for a payment that I made. I had my first experience with an Urgent Care facility today. My daughter injured her foot at gymnastics so we went to the Cabot clinic. I can't express how wonderful the staff was there. From my initial phone call until we walked out the door these people were great! I'm certain they were ready to go home but you would have never known it because those guys had us laughing the whole time we were there. My daughter felt so comfortable and at ease during a pretty scary situation. Thank you so much!
I had a great experience at the Cantrell location today. Sheree was my nurse practitioner and the entire staff was great. I have a complex medical history and so the care I get at urgent care clinics can be hit or miss with me (as a complex patient I know it is best to see my regular physician but sometimes you just can't and need in at an urgent care center).
