I sat in the triage (a small room not even in the ER) room with tissue on my finger for an hour all i got was xrays and a million questions.. . Rice Home Medical is part of Rice Memorial Hospital. I am purchasing my sleep apnea machine through Rice Home Medical. I am purchasing my machine because my insurance will not cover my machine. Even though it is a medical necessity. The average setting is 12, and my machine is set at 18. So you can see why it's a medical necessity. My last sleep study I stopped breathing 55 times in one hour. (I have the test papers stating this.) I put $300 down on the $1500 machine. Then I make $50 payments. Thank you so much for everything you have done during our battle. You answer questions very quickly, all the staff are approachable and friendly, they seem to genuinely care which is very comforting! I had my first child there and she died 45 min later dew to me in labor to long is what case her to get sick I was in labor for a week and 1/2 with 5-15 min apart contractions. And nothing was done tell my water broke. I had all the sign of being high risk pregnancy but nothing was ever done my the Clinc nor the Hopstial. But then I got pregnant agin and went else ware and had a healthy baby girl and all the same sign showed up I had the fist time were taken care of and everything went fine.
