I normally do not write bad reviews, however; the last three experiences with ACMC have been awful and disappointing. On New Year's Eve I had kidney stones, I waited for awhile in the waiting area. When I finally got in the room the nurse said "Well we are closing in 45 minutes so go to the ER. I asked if I could have my normal medications for when I have stones. The nurse said "NO, that's ridiculous! You need tests done! I'm sending your paperwork to the ER." The ER is very expensive, so being the poor college student I am,... read more
I am completely shocked with all of the bad reviews. I have had nothing but good experiences at the Willmar location and Marshall ACMC. Great people. Tanya Smith and Patti at the Willmar location are spectacular!! They truly care!
Brought my dad here for second opinion. Best care ever. Treated him with dignity and respect and got right to the problem.
Went into urgent care today in Redwood, the board in lobby said "less than 15 minute wait". I understand that is an estimate and people have questions and what not, but to sit there an hour and a half and have an employee admit that "normally 4 doctors are on duty, but today we have just 1", what a joke....someone should learn how to schedule better...glad this is not my primary place.
Acmc "f'd" up my husbands life more than you'll ever know and played head games with him when now he has to have infusions done 4hours away from home every 8 weeks that only costs over $7,000.00 a pop, plus we could lose him over this within time, they failed to get my mother the treatment and medical care she needed and now because of it she's resting in peace in her grave, they never billed my insurance right so the bills were my responsibility which was no picnic paying that off! I just wasted 2 hours to get a test done and never happened because they don't listen to what normally works for someone.... I've been sick for a week and in intense amount of pain due to this illness... I go in because they are concerned about my gallbladder... I wait for the CT scan and do what they want me to do prior to it. Then to find out I need to do all this so they want to reschedule after wasting my time. I am diabetic and can't eat without getting sick!!! I walked out extremely upset and they still wanted to resch... read more
