Not worthy of any STARS Staff are more CONCERNED about them-SELVES and how they look and not the clients. Not putting or getting resources for the women and take children away on hear say not on facts especially women of color . I had a snotty doctor, X-ray Tech was horrible! Seemed like you were more a bothersome to them and the wait was ridiculous even tho they had time to stand around to talk, laugh and joke around. Pretty sad how that place is ran...

Low or no wait times and excellent patient care!
Just left after sitting in their ER waiting room. I came in for a laceration after a fall. Minor I know. But in that hour and a half NO ONE saw me even for a set of vitals and to triage me. I work for a metro hospital, way busier then their system and I can say with certainty that I would have been registered and at least had a set of vitals. Even better, the kid with the burnt hand waited 45 minutes, the kid with possible anaphylaxis left after a hour. No one even saw him to my knowledge. His parents talked to the charge nu... read more
Unfair treatment, rude staff, unstable (I've been moved rooms 3 times in one week), not helpful at all, no time with counselors, not learning mucj of anything. I've been here almost 2 weeks and I've had 2 panic attacks because of the way they treat me and throw me around like an object... all I want is to leave but I can't becuase of legal issues. I don't recommend this place to my worst enemies. Steer clear.
