Have them back in April the gentleman that came refused to let my dog stay in the kennel insisted that they go out. I had an older dog and weather was bad took down all my information. Never once looked at my knee or touched my knee took the instructions my doctor had given us and left his own called the company. They did nothing had him come back to release me and they charged again for the same bowl would not recommend at all fighting overpayment now.
Centerwell of Gwinnett received referral from our primary after my mom‘s fall in fall of 2024. There was lack of follow up, lack of empathy, Manager blamed doctors office for not getting them referral, which I verified was not true with doctors office. I had to keep following up with this office multiple times and ultimately fired them after speaking with Manager and receiving half truth excuses. Very disorganized. Frustrating experience. Ultimately felt they did not care about their client’s health, just money grab.
If I could give this company ZERO stars I would but it makes me give at least one star. This company is awful and unprofessional. I would not recommend their services to my worst enemy. We had to chase down appointments and we had an RN not show up for an appointment. Home health agencies should be about patient care, and this company provides no patient care. We had a full team of help from Centerwell, for several months. From bath assist, to wellness checks and physical therapy. All staff was very kind and cheerful, we appreciate the extra helping hands and hearts. Thank you. ~ The David Household.
