Dr. Spann and his staff took very good care of our youngest daughter

The service we received was wonderful.All of the staff was.very courteous and kept us updated and even check on Logan after we got home.
The staff and the Dr. Steven Tipps were very professional at all times. They took care of my needs and made sure I was comfortable. Very positive experience with these professionals.
Center for Oral and Facial Surgery is an exemplary facility. The Staff was kind, professional and accommodating from start to finish: the reception desk, the x-ray room and exam rooms, all the way through to and including the billing/insurance department. Every question I had was answered. No one was too busy to care, nor so rushed as to be rude. There is a peaceful flow and manner about all of the people involved in this practice... very pleasant and much appreciated.
I checked a lower score because of the way I was addresed when checking into the office. In my opinion the people whom you place outfront will help or hurt your business. I say this because the receptionist who waited on me upon my arrival was rude and demeaning to me. She practically dismissed me when I told her I did not have my insurance card. She did not try to be helpful but went on to address the next person...leaving me standing there and wondering what to do.. I did find my insurance information and was waited on by ... read more
Very pleasant experience. Everyone was courteous and friendly. Wait time was minimal. Staff and doctor could not have been better. Very professional but also communicated very well with their patient.
Dr S Tipps is wonderful, he really put me @ ease and made a painful procedure tolerable. I would never go anywhere else.
