Dr Steve Tipps and staff give the best care. I appreciate so much the phone call to make sure I was doing well after my implant procedure.
It was my first visit to the Shallowford Rd location. Everyone was extremely nice and helpful. From the person at the front desk to the procedure scheduler. Dr Span went over the procedure very throughly and answered all of my questions. Kim was extremely nice and very professional! She explained everything and went over all that was going to happen and what I needed to do before the procedure. She too answered my questions.
Being able to furnish my information before my arrival online, made it a smooth and fast transition from walking in the office and being taken straight back for my consultation , even as a new patient. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Doctor Jones explained and laid out a very clear treatment plan for me. Everyone in the office and dental staff was very courteous and kind from the beginning to the end of the appointment.
The assistant was not very friendly at all, and both (she and the dentist) didn’t offer gas or allow the numbing medicine to really set in before beginning the procedure. Making it very uncomfortable. It was like they were rushing.

I have had 2 molars extracted by Dr. Miller. His work is outstanding, I never felt any pain and the incision/suturing were very clean and well done. His bedside manner leaves a bit to be desired, especially for procedures that cause a great deal of anxiety for patients. It’s also a bit disconcerting to have a complicated mandibular molar extraction and never see your oral surgeon before nor after — only nurses/hygenists.
