After years of dealing with lower back problems, I went to see Dr Jon and I told him what I was having problems with and after listening to what I was dealing with he did some basic procedures, that helped loosen my back. He then gave me some easy stretches to do daily. Doing these simple stretches daily has helped with my lower back pain. Dr. Jon is down to earth, approachable, and great at patient education without being stuffy or complex. The best part, I felt relief before even leaving the office, and hours later feel soooo much better. I am looking forward to continuing care with this practice!

I was injured in an auto accident in September. I experienced headaches, neck pain, low back pain and numbness/tingling in my hand & foot. I was miserable and searched for a chiropractor with good reviews. I can honestly say that I now have great respect for Dr. Jon Engstrom. He is very friendly and knowledgeable, and his treatment helped me immediately. He provided therapy and exercises that really work. Dr. Jon is amazing!!! My mom, my boyfriend, & myself all see him. I cannot tell you the relief I have after I leave. Focuses more on soft tissue work which is great (not just all that cracking and popping). Not to mention how helpful he is with informing on at home care. Will definitely be continuing to go to him! As a final note, Dr. Jon is hilarious. Highly recommend you go for the chiropractic part, but the comedy show is great too!
Dr. John goes above and beyond for all his patients. I have been seeing him for over 2 years. He has made a significant difference in the amount of headaches and sinus infections I get. He has also helped me with home care to manage my back pain. His staff is friendly and provide an at home atmosphere.
