I came in for treatment and insurance paid on my bill. I paid my co-pay my final bill was about $180 which they expected in full. I've not been able to pay this bill in full and they have a barrage me with emails and phone calls and it's only been a little over a month since my visit I would definitely not recommend. I feel it's harassment at this point.

We were recommended to this place, and saw Dr. Jack Eck. Our experience was horrible. This Dr. is so rude and hateful, speaks down to people, and I really don't think he should be allowed to treat rats, much less human beings. It is sad, when people are in pain, they are put into seeing someone such as this. Chattanooga can do better. Would not give any stars, but had to give at least one.

I was recommended to call this place. After being talked to rudely i was informed they didnt take my insurance. I responded thats fine ill pay out of pocket. I was informed that they dont treat any self pay. It must be nice to have that kind of money to where you can turn down people that want to pay you for your services. Kinda says alot about there motives.
