The staff was very understanding on how nervous I was. Kept me talking the whole procedure. She did not rush at all? They are amazing!
We have never had an appointment that was not canceled with this doctor. If your loved one is in chronic pain, I URGE YOU TO FIND SOMEONE ELSE. This is the most unprofessional doctor I have ever encountered caring for my elderly parents. When your patients are booking 3 months out, and count down the days until relief, and you cancel constantly, you should re-evaluate your job role. I find Dr. Jordan and her staff very caring, knowledgeable, and experienced in managing back pain. The various injections and procedures are helpful for my back pain. A lot more effective than taking pain medication, which only covers up the pain.
