Staff are great.. the time u have to wait is crazy. My thing said i have to be there at 10am but my appointment wasnt till 1045 dont take that long to fill out papaer work that was mailed to me. Then get to back once avain staff is great n friendly. The wait another 20 mins for doctor to come in very helpful detail explained things. Then sends me somewhere else for pee then get sent out front to check out told lady not there go out n wait n line. Then i wait another half hour to get prescription after asking what inwas waiti... read more
I have been going there for years love Cathy Hayes and DrEl-Mohandes and Dr Cherly and the staff I hate the long waits some times they always been helpful,
Dr. Cheryl and her assistant made me feel very comfortable during my procedure. Very happy with the staff.
I've been going to the Spine Center, for a few years&they hv. Helped me in many ways,&I've never felt like I'm just a number, wth. 5-min. ,to be in &rushed out. Dr. El Monhandes,& Joyce Lee are simply The BEST!!
Having to wait for over an hour to get a prescription corrected that someone messed up in unacceptable. All because the lady at the front didn't find it necessary to take back to the Dr, she was waiting for her to come up front.
slow service employees fail to communicate with each other facility needs to be bigger with more staff
I have been going to National Spine & Pain Center since 2009 after moving here from Florida. I've had spine problems since 2007 accident breaking my neck and messing up my spine. I was glad to receive same level of quality care I was receiving from bigger city and state. Dr. Elmo and Cathy Hays are the Best. Professional, friendly and knowledgeable.
