Extremely rude and nasty office staff. They called a week ago and cancelled follow up appt saying they no longer take our insurance, then called for appt reminder and said that I was responsible for bill since it not 24 hours notice. Took 4 weeks to process paperwork for MRI. Front desk has ongoing issues, very rude, always disrespectful, lacks customer service skills etc!! On a positive note I would give Eric a 5 star rating very professional and all staff except front desk.
Dr. El-Mohandes is the best doctor! Great bedside manner. He is the only one my husband gets his caudel shots from. Also CRNP Cathy Hays is always attentive to his every need. Love them both.
My mom had a doctors appointment here yesterday she was told to be there 15 minutes early her appointment was at 830 and she never got taken back until 9am then on top of it all she got treated like a drug addict and I don't appreciate that as much as she didn't these guys are disrespectful
They stopped seeing me because I'm on mdicare and can't pay the 20 % that is left. I have a lot of pain in my spine. I will be driving medical cost higher now because I go to the hospital every five days for more pain meds. If I never worked a day in my life I would have Medicaid and they would pay for everything . Wish I would have never had a job. People that never worked a day in their life gets it all. The people that had jobs like me keep paying for people like them
The front office staff is rude and nasty about a lot of things I'm glad I'm not a patient because I'd be snapping off at some people
