Dr. Kemp and the staff at the Center for Orthopedic Excellence are wonderful! I can't say enough about the quality of care that I have received over the years from him. He is courteous, kind, extremely knowledgeable, and clearly has the best interest of his patients in mind. He has never failed to greet me with a smile. Went there for pain in lower back and was told by the Doctor himself that my insurance which is Tricare Military insurance was accepted their. Come to find out it isn't and now I have a lot higher bill than I should. Talked to doctor again and again he said they do accept Tricare and said this in front of his receptionist. The billing department says they don't take it and still keeps sending me the same high bill. I never go to a place that is not in network for my insurance so I don't receive these bills. I was so nervous sending my husband and my son in without me. (Always a mother's plight) Thank you for taking such good care of my son, and making sure that their experience was as positive as possible. I will recommend your practice to anyone who needs orthopedic care!
Not sure what to think. I went in today after having an injury to my left pinky finger for two weeks suspecting more to my injury. Sure enough broken. But since it has been splinted it hurts worse then even the original injury. Keeping me awake and taking my husbands pain meds from his kidney stone. Not sure if I can make it until Monday when they open again. Don't want to pay for an ER visit. Help appreciated!! Something is not right.
Dr. Foster did a knee replacement on my mother back in December & we couldn't be happier with the result! He was very professional, while still managing to be personal, and has kept up with her every step of the way. We HIGHLY recommend him!
I went to Dr.Knutson in October with what I thought was a swollen knee. I was apprehensive, alone, and told the nurse "I am a coward and I am not afraid to scream if it hurts" Dr. Knutson walked in with a huge smile - introduced himself and immediately put me at ease. After reviewing my xrays he said I can help you and won't hurt you. He is one of the most compassionate doctors i have ever had.
