Every provider I’ve spoken with was very kind and always listened well. However, I have updated my review since my long term provider has left and the new providers are so difficult to get ahold of that I’ve gone nearly 2 months without my medication due to their inabilities. I can see why my previous provider left, this place seems like it’s falling apart with how little help they have
They rarely answer the phones but they do eventually call me back which is more than I can say for a lot of other places. Every provider I’ve spoken with was very kind and always listened well.
Dr. Purks is very rude. Very frustrating to speak with.
