Incredible facility with knowledgeable trainers. Coulter works with my daughter in all aspects of strength and vertical training. She loves it and is having fun with other high school athletes as well. To become a beast, you need to work for it and Center for Athletic Performance is just that.
My road to recovery has been very long but Brian and Brittney have helped me improve tremendously; I'm almost 100% again! They make every session a great experience and they take the time to know you and your situation to help you gain the most benefits! I love these guys and recommend them to anyone who is in need of rehab or just looking to improve their situation.

The team are fantastic. I went for 6 months last year, Brian, Caitlin and the team did a fantastic job encouraging me and pushing me to strengthen my muscles to relieve the pain I was in for a shoulder injury. They are professional, incredibly knowledgeable and most of all kind and fun, which you need when you are there 3 days a week! Thank you guys. Happy Anniversary!
