Highly unprofessional and incompetent. They make consistent clerical errors and have now begun denying active in-network healthcare to an infant while harassing the parents to resolve their clerical errors for them. All members of their billing department are rude and unhelpful on the phone. Be very wary when dealing with this business!

The nurses at this practice were seen last week screaming and cursing at a pregnant lady after they parked their car illegally and had a melt down when asked to move it. Utterly disrespectful to the neighborhood , angry , petty people DO NOT bring your children here , unless you want them to be handled by angry chain smoking nurses. Disappointing the lack of response and also leaving fake reviews as retaliation.

Would be 5 stars because of the actual doctors but the original process of trying to transfer my daughter's medical records. Lady up front named "kelly" very nasty attitude told me they never got my daughter's records. Called the old doctor there was a tracking number that they did recieve my daughter's records. I had to go in person to tell them to actually look thru their paperwork and they found it. The front receptionist "kelly" does not like to do her job . Just started going here as of this month, I transferred from my baby’s pediatrics in GA. Was so sad to go, however coming here and getting my baby’s 2 month appointment was wonderful. She was seen by Erin, she was so sweet to my girl and took the time to answer all my questions and concerns. The front desk was attentive and there was basically no wait time. It’s a thumbs up from me.
