I was given a test ride and showed me all the features of the Camry Hybrid XLE. I got so excited about the car that I decided that there is no reason to wait another year before buying. I met with Kenny a few days later and he fully answered all of my questions and addressed my concerns.

Never go here I leased a car from them they signed me up for stuff I did not want then when I got the payments that I could not afford they told me I could trade it in for a smaller car and have the extra $3,000 added to the other car or they would buy the car back and I would still owe them the $3,000. I talked to the General Manager he does not return phone calls and when you go in to talk to him he does not even look up your info the has someone else do it for him.

I must commend Centennial Toyota for being the most ethical dealer I have very dealt with, and clearly the very best in Las Vegas!! I GOT MY BRAND NEW TRUCK WITH TIRE AND BODY DEFECTS, THEY PROMISE TO FIX BUT THEY WANNA RIP ME WITH CHARGES THE FACT I HAVENT USED THEM YET, AND NOW THEY STOCK MY CAR FOR LONGER PERIOD UNTIL NOW. THE SALESMAN IS ARROGANT AND FULL OF PROMISSES THAT ARE TO BE BROKEN, I REGRET I DINT BELIEVED WHAT HAS BEEN SAID ABOUT THEM UNTIL NOW IM THE VICTIM. PLS. TO ALL PEOPLE OUT THERE PLS. I purchased my Corolla from them a little over a year ago, I have taken it in for all of it's services through them as well. I had gone to Desert Toyota first and Centennial beat not only the price of the car but also gave me more for my trade sight unseen. The finance person I dealt with was understanding and did not push any services. She told me about the options that I might like and use. DO NOT TRUST CENTENIAL TOYOTA! They tried to rip me off in the worst way. I wanted to buy a Prius and because they were in demand they wanted to charge me $6000 over MSRP. No one should buy a car from these people. They are liars and scam artists, I even got a call from the salesman I was working with afterward and he was apologizing because of how badly I was treated and how they tried to rip me off. I purchased two cars from centenial toyota and when I went in to try and purchase a third car today and they really tried to rip me off. I drove to another toyota dealership and bought the exact same car for $4000 less. I also got a lower interest rate. I will never go back to this place and I really dont think they have any integrity or appreciation for their customers.
