Both of my DR's are there and I had my two knees replaced at the hospital. I've always received the best of care. I've been in. Parthenon 4/5 times and I have no complaints at all.
The very best hospital I've ever been in! It's very nice! The staff have ALL been exceptionally nice to me, kind, caring, friendly and great at their jobs! From pre registration to everyone prepping me for surgery to the anesthesiologist to Dr Downs my Orthopedic Surgeon an the entire group of nursing staff, techs and physical therapy and occupational therapist have been and treated me amazing!!! If I ever require another hospital stay, this is where I will go👍😁
Excellent hospital! All the staff professionals and very nice. Going to hospital is never fun, but they take such good care of you, it sure makes it easier!

Theyvallowed a patient to sit for 2 days with no service after being diagnosed then sends them home late in the evening the second day after not seing a doc for 2 days!!! We the family were absolutely cluless and could not get any answers out of nobody! You will die if you go there...they are just as bad as skyline hospital!!! These tri star hospitals are a joke and when you see the sign that they are the best or whatever it says its a lie!!! These nurses are rude and everytime you ask a question they say they dont know.
The recovery nurse at the end of the procedure was very unprofessional she did not wear gloves she yanked my sister IV out blood was everywhere and still she wore no gloves everything else was excellent the other staff and doctors were good just one bad apple.

And furthermore the place should be closed down, staff is useless just waiting on a check!!
