I came there yesterday with my husband for a minor surgery. I was there ALL day pretty much cause his Dr was running behind. We didn't leave till after 6pm but I will say that all of the nurses and even the Dr ( when he did show up �) were super nice and the nurses really went above and beyond to make my husband and myself comfortable and happy the entire time. �
The staff go way beyond the call of duty. Mom was #1 as soon as she came in. They went right to work and was very VERY courtious. I give all of you guys a EXCELLENT 5 stars. Thank you so very much.
The house keeping is horrible!I was on the 5th floor visiting my sick father and all u saw was dust n trash on waiting room floor,the spiderwebs were horrible on the Windows and doors in the waiting room!Very unpleasant experience!DISAPPOINTED!
To be determined.... if they will take a step back from the daily rush, and listen to the patient's history, I'm sure they would do a fine job. Only more time will tell.

My son was involved in an accident on 12/26/16. He was transported to the hospital by ambulance running emergency traffic (lights and siren). The ambulance pulled into the parking lot and was told by the attending ER doctor they are refusing to see him. The ambulance left the parking lot and went to Vanderbilt. I attempted to contact the hospital and got no where, left multiple messages and never heard back. Going to file a complaint with the state now and work my why up!!!!! The best hospital experience ever! Wonderful friendly nurses, great food, pretty quick. I love it.
