Took my husband to the emergency room and within the first 30 minutes of being there we were in a room and had already had 3 different tests done. They were all on top of it from step 1. I will always put my trust in this hospital for they have all been very proficient.

My husband was there over 24 hours was not given food 1 time! The night nurse said no one in his unit was fed dinner, I had to bring him food because he hadn't eaten all day! Then was not fed breakfast the following morning! He also never recived his daily medication! Not acceptable! Will never go back again!
Wife did pre op Monday, surgery was scheduled for 0600 hrs Wednesday. Up at 0300 hrs, drive the 90+ miles to Nashville only to be told surgery was cancelled use to her present condition and someone SHOULD have notified us. DUH. Yes, that would have been nice. Now she's at same place she was at Monday morning except we're out the co pay, which was paid up front, and the extra bother and expense of trip. I feel the two star rating is generous
The staff in all three areas I was in, were all very pleasant, knowledgeable, and professional. As a nurse for 36+ years, I noticed that guidelines were followed for compliance related to Patient Care requirements related to JCAHO. Patient identifiers, name and birthday, purpose of surgery. They were reassuring, provided information to me as well as my husband. I was treated with respect and dignity. As always, great care!

Came to visit a friend that had surgery on 5/8/17!! Everyone was very professional, staff, doctors, nurses and even the hospital information desk personnel! I have visited here before, always a good experience!!!
The nurses and all the staff in the cath lab were great , special thanks to nurse kayley,she was awesome
