My husband had to take our 11 month old daughter to the ER for an extremely high fever a few weeks ago while I watched our other daughter at home. They were there for over six hours and didn't see a doctor for over four. Four hours just to speak with a doctor? That is unacceptable. We will not be returning-I'd rather take my children to Sunrise or UMC who actually care and give the best medical care possible.
Today's update. They forgot to feed my dad again. Hospital administration with false promises. 2nd time promising me it won't happen again . Time to escalate to medicare . This is abuse to seniors in the hospital
Well, I made an appointment on line for 7pm. It's 845. Still waiting. Not so happy.
Was there on November 21, 2013 for a surgery. From check in wirh Ms. Kim to checking out with the recovery nurses, was exceptional amazing. The staff is beyond regular hospital staff, they went above and beyond to make me and my family feel at home. Thanks so much and Happy Holidays to Centennial Hills Hospital. The Bowman Family

The worst service ever! My niece fell and hit her head, and needed stitches, with the possibility of a concussion, and they took an hour to even be called up! She's 8 years old, and I ask how long it's going to take, and the idiot behind the desk tells me "She's fine. She just needs some stitches." Look idiot, you took her temperature, and weighed her.... How the heck do you know she's fine and doesn't have a concussion!? Really, because you didn't even look at her eyes!! Are you a Dr.? Hell no you're not! If your job sucks ... read more

Wow! All I can say is Centennial Hills Hospital is Great! Everybody was fantastic....Everyone from the ER Staff to the 6th Floor Staff. Housekeeping Staff to the Dr. and Surgeon (luckily I didn't need the surgeon, but still he was great). I was Truly Impressed With Everyone (and to be honest.....I hate hospitals!!!). I don't have a single negative thing to say about Centennial Hills Hospital! Thank You for your Outstanding Professionalism! I Can't say I will be back but I know where to go if I need to!
