While the experience with our 2nd son's delivery was great, the experience with the Payments and Billing department has been far from pleasant. First they charged me an incorrect amount for our stay (granted it was a joint mistake between the Insurance and the Hospital staff) - and now its been 2 months and the issue still has not been resolved- I have called back and so has my Benefits department and its still in the works ..excruciatingly enough. This hospital is the worst the ER front desk male person is the rude and acts like he does not care. How can you work at a hospital and not care about people, when they are children. If you can go to another hospital.
So I have not been feeling well for about a week, it started with a nagging pain on my right side, it became more than i could handle in 2 days. It felt like the pain i had when i got shingles, which if you've never had it, trust me its excruciating. My Dr saw me,said it could be shingles coming on again,she prescribed me the medication for shingles but told me don't take it until you see a rash,if it doesn't produce the rash it is something else. Worst hospital ever! My mother had an x ray for a broken elbow without pain medication! She cried of pain and the doctor and nurse did not care. Per the nurse " I was out to lunch it's not my problem" um... what kind of hospital is this?, they should all get fired the doctor the nurse and the X ray tech. Do not go there they will hurt you.
The "doctor" that saw the little girl needs to have their name in print. We should hold March on Centinneal to let everyone in Vegas know about this...anyone with me? Contact me and we can help the family get the justice they deserve. No child should ever be treated like this. To the Mom and the Grandfather of the little girl, what was the doctor's name?

This hospital deserves no stars worst hospital bad service rude staff and I wish they would close down this hospital had a horrible experience there with my dad who was very sick and in need of immediate attention ended up having to move him somewhere else where they detected that he had something much worse
