RecommendedMY SON WAS IN ICU FOR A HEART PROBLEM AND HAD THE GREATEST HEART DOC AND STAFF ATTEND TO HIM AND EXPLAIN EVERYTHING IN DETAIL IN ALL THE MANY TESTS HE RECIEVED, THE EMERGCY ROOM NURSES AND DOC WAS SO NICE AND THE HOSPITAL IS SO BEAUTIFUL AS WELL, MY HUSBAND WAS IN ON MEMORIAL DAY OF THIS YEAR AND ALSO HAD A GREAT EXPIERENCE WITH THE STAFF, THANK YOU TO EVERYONE ....
I appreciate how well the staff handled things. Had I not decided that I needed to leave AMA, I am very confident that my hospitalization would have been as comfortable as possible. It is a hospital I am going to remember for the future.

Nursing care is great! Too bad the toilet in the room (#717) I was admitted into wasn't working properly. One staff came by to "fix" it didn't really fix it. He simply fished out toilet paper from the toilet bowl. I had to flushed many times before wastes went down.
Recently delivered my baby at Centennial Hills, I had to get an emergency cesarean so I had to stay an extra day there. From being admitted to discharged there was not a single doctor or nurse that I didn’t have a great experience with. I’m a first time mom and everyone was incredibly patient and caring with me and my little man. My husband and I are so thankful we chose to register with centennial for this experience, the labor and delivery staff are superstars and I have zero complaints!
I’ve had the bad luck of spending time in almost every hospital in the valley. Centennial Hills is my favorite. Their ER is efficient and the people are amazing from entry to care to being admitted. The rooms are well appointed and the on floor staff are professional, caring and warm. This is by far my favorite hospital.
The staff was very personable. Everyone showed genuine concern. The ER doctor took time with me to explain everything to me.
The wait in your ER wouldn’t be so long if your staff didn’t sit around discussing their personal life. We can clearly hear their personal stories while they are on company time. They should be caring for patients. I now see why there is such a lack of patient care here at this hospital.
