The worst hospital ever. Went in for back/shoulder pain possibly a pinched nerve and they were doing a cardiac work up even though I had this pain for 2 days. If I was having a heart attack I would have had it already. They don’t touch the patient. They assume. Talk to your patients don’t assume. Even my BP was good. No reason to treat patients without talking to them. If I wasn’t my own advocate I probably would have been in ICU or even dead. This hospital is very dangerous. This place was very good to me when I recently experienced an awful episode. the staff and doctors are wonderful in caring for me & taking action quickly. This is a great place in No westLas Vegas. definitely I would recommend you go to this place if you need assistance.
Had to visit ER for a knee injury. Never had to visit ER before so I’m not sure what to expect. But from my experience I think I was seen within very good timing. Staff was friendly and helpful
They Doctors, Nurses and Staff always take care of me when I’m in the ER and during my stay. They remember when I’m admitted and make me feel at ease if I need anything and explaining my health. I have a good sense of humor and enjoy making them laff and when I don’t feel good, they know what to do. Thank you, Cheryl Ellis
The ER doctor was incredibly rude and made me feel unsure of their care after he asked me what treatment I wanted. He acted like he was mad I was there. Or should be used to having MS pain/symptoms. I would never ever go back here. I’ll drive to a farther hospital.
after being a patient there on the 6th floor I would never go there again if I could help it seeing the difference my granddaughter is being card for what a difference seems the nurse and cna on the 7am-7pm don't care as much...

They have been wonderful for my husband and I. My husband currently see Dr. Glickman as his neurosurgeon and he is amazing. We are blessed to have the good quality care for my husband.
