They were very nice, very professional, good food. My only complaint would be their communication between staff was pretty awful, my sister delivered beautiful twins and was told to wait for her nurse to move her to the nursery to feed her newborns. We waited four hours to feed her babies because "no one communicated that with her new nurse".
From start to finish, best staff, best hospital experience ever.
They are wonderful....I have never had a better experience. All the staff are super attentive and respectful.
Apparently your incompetent Drs believe that you can find a blood clot on an XRay. For the 2nd time you've failed this patient and put her life at risk. It's a beautiful way to see how you treat your patients letter alone Veterans. Perfect fail centennia.
I can't say enough about the quality of care and the people who cared for me during and after my hip replacement surgery! The staff was incredibly kind, compassionate and professional. I felt like they became my family during my stay. I highly recommend this hospital.
I live in downtown Las Vegas, I will gladly make the trip out there anytime it's needed. My 5 year old was misdiagnosed with hand foot mouth at another hospital. Centennial caught the ear infection he has. I want to add, I had my 2 daughters at centennial via c section and had nothing but the utmost care. My boys I had at sunrise same delivery mode, and had crap care and could not move for over 24 hours. At centennial I was up walking within 2-3 hours of surgery. Nurses were extremely attentive and helpful. Dr kartzinel was ... read more
We went to ER because my husband has a toe that needed attention but we needed a his vascular Dr to be called to possibly fix his blockage in left leg. We were there for 5 1/2 hours only to be told nothing a medical dr can do follow up with podiatry. They never called the vascular Dr or told us results of xray or labs. Plus a year ago in ER the hospitalist kept changing diagnosis and I have seen recently a chest xray back then never was he sent to pulmonary Dr or given anything to treat. So we don't know what he needs. But I... read more
Took my mom on Sunday night they admitted her her room was very dirty the hall had trash on the floor waited 45 minutes for the nurse to come and change your IV after calling twice housekeeping had to come in and clean up her room with chemicals our whole experience was very bad she said if she got sick to never take her back to that hospital gave them a list of her medication that she never received when she was in the hospital but I'm sure when she gets her insurance bill will be extremely high very disappointed very disap... read more
I had a total hysterectomy on 3/21, out patient. It was the most pleasant experience. It was good to know that my nurse believed in God as I do, made me feel even more comfortable. My surgery was a success and I did so well I was released earlier than expected. Kim B in admitting, pre-op nurse Maria G and phlebotomist, Jacque were totally awesome. Both my anesthesia docs came to see me before surgery and so did the surgical tech. I felt like a VIP! First time at this hospital, but I frequent Valley Health systems and am very... read more
