I moved from over here 3 years ago so it may be different. Staff is rude and every time I go in there the employees are on Facebook. It was so bad the leasing girl Amanda posted bad things about tenants on her Twitter so I sent it to Ledic.
I just moved from Pine Bluff, AR to Memphis and this complex exceeded my expectations by far! And trust me I had a long list of apartments to visit, and I visited about 80% of them! The location is A M A Z I N G and very convenient! I work downtown and the commute isn’t bad at all. Ive lived here less than a month and Ive had no regrets whatsoever! The staff is very friendly and helpful, I don’t think I could have found a better place!
If I ever get fired from my job I'm going to apply at Centennial Gardens just so I can spend more time here
Centennial Gardens is awesome and has the most friendly environment! The property is well kept and the ladies in the office are perfect! They are always energetic when greeting their tenants and they make sure you are well accomodated! You guys get a thumbs up!! # Property of the Year!!
Do not waste your time or money! Unless you are ok with paying for a neatly dress ghetto and unprofessional staff! Only one worth anything is Amy (I think that's her name) with the cute chihuahua. She should be running this place!
