RecommendedCentennial Garden Apartment is a dime I would recommend for anybody else who need a clean, quiet and safe environment, the stuff makes you feel at home. Val and Amy have had quick solutions to any issue I have raised, and the follow up crowns it all...join the environment that cares for you and has value for your money.
I love my apatrment and the leasing staff!! Valerie is really nice, friendly and helpful!!!
I've lived here for about two years and have had a great experience. All of the staff are very kind and extremely helpful, especially Kasey and Val. Whenever I've had an issue it gets handled within a couple of days at the latest.
I am an Assistant Property Manager at another community and the practices of this community after living there are appalling. Charging for damages that were present at move in and noted to the staff in an e-mail. While discussing this via e-mail the property sent the account to collections. I had enough evidence to hire a lawyer and sue but decided I didn't want this property management company in my life any second longer and will pay the final $400 on top of the $700 they already took. Kasey corum went above and beyond to put us in a very nice apartment. I love it her the people are nice maintenance is nice. Never had a issue at the apartments here. I highly recommend whoever is thinking about moving go look at centennial gardens and ask for kasey she will not let you down. 5 stars on my side�����
Where do I start? I moved in today along with 2 family members. Throughout the entire process, Kasey was very informative and proffesional. She has a very sweet personality and goes above in beyond to help former/current residents. After we signed our lease she gifted us with a beautiful basket filled with home goodies. Thank you Kasey for providing outstanding customer service! You ROCK ❤️❤️❤️
