If I could give 0 out of 5 stars I would. They tried to hide their mold problem in their windows for years. It was growing all the way up my master bedroom closet and I’ve heard from people that they still have mold in the closets even after new windows. Staff is very ghetto and units are moldy. I was so happy to get out of there when my lease was up. Another warning, they try to charge you for damages you didn't do so they don't have to pay for upgrades and give you you're deposit back. Stay away from this place.

I love living here! Kasey Corum is very kind and helpful with any questions you may have. She made me feel very welcome when I moved in. Being a college student who lives by themselves I also feel very safe. I am only living here for 6 months because of a internship but if I get the opportunity to move back to Memphis I would definitely live here again!
RecommendedHighly recommend this apartment complex! The staff here is absolutely amazing and extremely helpful. I was moving from another state and Abbie and valerie were extremely helpful through the whole process. If I could give it 12/10 I definitely would!
I love being at Centennial Gardens. The staff is very attentive to my needs, especially Val. She goes out of her way to help and make you feel like home. I moved back especially for her. CB

Keshia A. She acts fast gets the job. Willing to help with anything that you may have a problem with. Keshia is very helpful. I love it at centennial Gardens.
Kasey is so nice and humble. She always takes good care of my wife and I with any issues. I can say she really goes above and beyond for us. Thank you Kasey.
