Everytime I book online for an appointment they cancel it within an hour or two. I did that 3 times and still got the same cancellation text. I even went in person to ask them a question about one of their services and got an answer I wanted to hear. So why when I clicked it and booked it online they cancel it the day of the appointment and we didn’t know😐 I just think it’s unprofessional because they could call or list the reason for the cancellation but no.
