Rosie is the best, she went above and beyond to make sure the application process was fast and easy. The move in process was seamless. Being the first to live in my unit is priceless! Great community so far, friendly neighbors and tons of parking!!! I'd recommend anyone to live here, can't wait for the other units to be completed! Excited to meet new people�.
This place is a cheap scam. Nothing luxurious about it AT ALL. No hot tub. No BBQ. No working gates (which were supposed to be up and running in August). Coil stoves (SERIOUSLY???) . Cheap appliances. Cheap countertops that leave horrible water stains and discoloration when cleaning them with ANYTHING. Doors falling off hinges. $30/month for valet trash that DOES NOT PICK UP TRASH ON THE WEEKENDSSSSSS!! The construction workers leave their lunch garbage and chicken bones all over the parking lot.
