RecommendedWe've been living at Celebration Pointe for almost a year now and we LOVE it! The staff is friendly and maintenance responds to any issues immediately. Zach is always working around the grounds with a smile on his face and willing to help anytime. It's a great place for families, couples, or singles-- It's a nice, safe, quiet, clean community. We have no issues with parking or noise near our apartment. We overlook the pool/lake and LOVE our view! Great location and value!!

El condominio es muy bonito. Pero el mantenimiento no es muy bueno. Hay caca de perro por todos lados y las puertas de entrada peatonal siempre está abierta, la fuente de la laguna tiene como tres meses sin funcionar.

I've been here since they were still completing construction 🔨 on the last 5 buildings. The Lakeview is awesome. I have a really great neighbor as well who looks out for the community. My only concern is parking when I get off late at night. The City of Margate doesn't allow residents of 1 bedrooms to have a garage...that is crazy! I would definitely want a guaranteed parking space so I don't have to park outside the gate or 3 buildings away from my home. The ceilings are high & my apartment is spacious.
