Had some grout fall off from bathroom done by them and we sent multiple messages about it and I would have been happy with where the grout was bought to match color so I did not have to regrout again whole shower . did not even plan for them to even repair it ,though honestly they should as fell off less then 18 months but I was willing to do it just needed questions answered All messages unanswered.
