This company does nothing but harass people. I have never had any dealings with them whatsoever. But that doesn't stop them from email every email account I've had in the past 20 years to tell me that somebody I barely know owes them money. I have told them repeatedly to leave me alone, but they continue.

This company is a scam. i just reported this company to California department of consumer affairs and state attorney general's office. they kept on sending me letters stating that i have an unpaid traffic ticket in Italy. these scum bags must know that i have never traveled to Italy in my life.

Cedar Business Services tried to collect a "debt" from a traffic ticket in Italy that I already paid over 2 years ago via electronic payment system. They clearly do not do their due diligence. Or they are scamming people. Or both.

I, too, received a bill for an ambulance call from 2014. The return remittance address was Dept 541, PO Box 4115, Concord CA XXXXX. This is a total scam, and if you are a legit,ate company, your good name is being harmed. ***** GC
Cedar Financial... someone is scamming using your business name. Letter received was to collect money on a rental car from FOUR years ago. Similar story to the other review left. Website and phone number is different on the letter, address is listed the same. Call 8(five)8-2nine5~o786

This company seems to be operating in contravention with the law, particularly the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, by repeatedly calling and demanding personal information without giving any details on supposed debts owed based on a "trip to Italy" more than 2 years ago. This was the first we heard of any supposed debt.
