This company has been calling my phone asking for someone I don't know, I've had the same number since 2011. When they call they threaten to file a warrant against me. I have told them at least 15 times in the last 5 years they have the wrong number.

This place calls after business hours and on weekends! They called me this past Sunday at 10 a.m. When they call after business hours they call under the caller ID: CEDAR BIZ SVCS. I have told them wrong person and they still persist, even after blocking and reporting their company name and multiple numbers!

Cedar Business Service 5230 Las Virgenes Rd Suite 210 Calabasas, CA XXXXX Recorded phone conversation between myself and Santos (Cedar Employee) today.... This company doesn't deserve a star, this company is a scam. They contacted me about a ticket that I supposedly received in Italy with rental car, but the rental company knew nothing about it. Then they contacted my step mothers email about a ticket for me then when I called them about the ticket they contacted her about, because it was a different amount then what they told me before they asked my birthday and then said that there was another person in Italy who got a ticket with my name. CBS is a fraudulent enterprise. CBS attempted to collect a debt of more than $7,000 that I had settled months before, and had verified. Do not provide any sensitive information to CBS, and definitely do not send any money to satisfy any debt. I don't understand why the BBB rates the sham business a B+.

i received a collection notice from Cedars Business Service dated 12-4-2020. I responded in writing, sending my letter with proof of delivery on December 16,2020. I stated that I had no knowledge of the $479.83 Italian citation they were referring to. They received my letter and have harassed me every single day with a Robo-Call from a random, unblockable phone number. I will NEVER pay this fictitious traffic fine and would gladly join any suit that gets started against Cedars

This company is harassing me about an Italian car rental ticket and fails to provide any relevant proof of an actual infraction. It appears they get a list of foreigners who rented a car and then harass them about a bill that doesn't exist to extort money. I am starting a class action lawsuit against them. I am a man of principle and have destroyed companies for less.

I would like to report an attempt by the company to inflate the amount that we owe and to get us to pay for the same fine twice. My husband and I visited Milano in 2018 and received a fine for "entering the limited traffic area named area "C" without paying a fee. Now, how the tourists would know this is for another discussion. After we ignored the letter we were contacted in 2020 by, at that time, CEDAR Financial, a debt collection company from Calabasas, CA, and we were told we now owed more than $400 due to late fees. The only thing I don't like is that there's no way to create a account to help keep up with payment/receipt of payments or to contact them if any issues should arise. Although there are ways to email them they do not respond. I am able to call so that helps but it takes awhile to get through to someone.
