They get one star, because I can't give a zero. This company "settled" a debt and was supposed to send me a receipt via my email. When they didn't I called back and they said that the person I talked to had to send it to me and I would get it later that day. I told them, I was starting to feel scammed. I still did not receive a receipt.

Cedars Business Services is a predatory company that buys old traffic violations from other countries such as Italy and tries to bully you into paying them. Notice how most of these comments are related to an Italian traffic violation? They will claim that you were caught on a speed camera, but don't send you the photo. The reason is because that they want you to call them to request the photo, because if you make contact then it will reset the statute of limitations and then they can legally persue the claim. Company kept calling from a different number EVERY DAY, never leaving a message. If you're a reputable company, leave a message. I've never even traveled outside of the US, so I KNOW they have the WRONG number (never been to Italy). Wrong number, STOP CALLING ME.

My mother received a call from this "business" and since she does not know Spanish, they requested authorization for me to handle the matter at hand. After giving authorization in Spanish, they refused to take that authorization for me to be in the call, claiming that they couldn't do so because they didn't know Spanish. Supervisor Mike Weged and employee Hector Tariq discriminated against my mother for giving that authorization in Spanish. Terrible organization that extorts huge fees instead of actual debt. Ours is re: Pisa also and we weren't even notified we had a ticket for a year! We disputed with Visa and they ruled in our favor. No word til today when we got a cal asking for $518 for a $150 fine!!!! This is from 18 months ago!

Was just contacted today about paying over 400 dollars for a "moving violation" committed while in Pisa. We have received numerous notices from CBS and thought we would call to see what was up. First of all, we received no moving violations during our time in Italy in 2014. Secondly, these people refused to discuss THEIR mistakes concerning the notices they keep sending to us. Total scam They send me a notice every month for a bill that they **** I owe for a Traffic ticket from Italy .
