I had the same experience yesterday as John S reported on 8/4/20. I received a letter from them last week claiming that I owe $330.68 for a speeding ticket in Torino Italy. No details were provided (copy of the ticket, etc.). I also received an email from them on 9/21/20. On 9/22/20 I called them. I was connected to a person with a thick Indian or Pakistani accent. These people are bunch of scammers. I have my attorney taken care of the traffic citation with CITY OF PISA and the local Italian consulate in Houston, but these people keep sending me letters. They better not report my details as unpaid debt.

Fraud. These people actually are in PAKISTAN. Do not give them a dime. Tell them to never contact you again and if need be have an attorney write a strongly worded letter. They claim to be in Calabasas....nope...that is a front. Do not under any circumstance give them credit card info as it will be to your detriment.

This is a legimate business with shady business practices that operates using loopholes of the law. They use agents in Pakistan to make collection calls and claim they are in Calabasas Ca. The Fassonaki Law firm shares the same address at 5230 Las Virgenes Rd, Ste 210, Calabasas CA XXXXX-XXXX and interestingly enough, the managing partner there was director of operations in an international collection agency for 10 years so connect the dots. Fraud. These guys are nothing but scammers trying to scare people into paying a debt that doesn't exist. If you get a letter from these animals, do not pay them. They buy old traffic violations that can no longer be enforced. They sent me a letter for almost 1000.00 for a "traffic violation" from 7 years ago in a rental car. I was contacted about an Italian ticket. Truth: I received 2 tickets in Italy, and I paid them in 2015! They have been harassing me once or twice a week for a year and a half. I have done research. According to Calabasa's PD, their business address is an industrial park. Businesses use them to have an address and they had never heard of them. It is not an office.
