Had 3 teeth prepared for crowns and temp crowns put on. Took over 3 hours but everyone was very nice and was able to take break for a few minutes. Everyone was great as usual.
Thank you so very much for looking after me with such gentle care. This visit broke the 'fear of dentists' which I upheld for 40 some years! Makes one want to come instead of have to go! Again, the entire service of your practice is stellar and I'm sure you are very proud of everyone!
I have been a patient hear for a number of years and have always received excellent care. The staff has had time to work me in when I had emergencies and have been more than understanding when I had emergencies.
Mountain View Dental is Tops! Staff friendly, professional and caring. My hygienists, Kristin, was wonderful! My teeth have never felt so clean! Dr Smith was thorough, friendly, and took the time to answer all my questions. If you are looking for a top notch dental experience in the Kennesaw/Acworth area, Mountain View should be your choice!
High quality service, professional and extremely nfriendly
Broke a tooth while visiting the area, leaving the nerve exposed and bleeding. Fortunately, Dr. Smith had a cancellation and got me in right away. The whole staff was great, and Dr. Smith kept me informed during the entire visit as to the extent of the injury and the best course(s) of action open to us. The procedure and treatment went very well, with the best outcome to be expected under the circumstances. I am so very apprehensive about going to the dentist. However, once I get to Dr Reece and Dr. Smith's offices, they are extraordinarily kind and comforting! Both of the doctors are extremely compassionate and kind. I cannot say enough about the entire office staff! Additionally, they all are up to date on new techniques and are very informative about procedures. I highly recommend this practice and am so blessed to have found this practice about 5 years ago!
I brought my 11 year old son in for his first tooth extraction. The office treated perfectly. They recognized his nervousness, but didn't baby him, or talk down to him. They explained the steps, and checked on him throughout the procedure. The dentist even called in the evening to make sure he was doing ok. Great job.
Cleanings are painless and the hygienists are charming. The doctors are very friendly, they explain things very well, and there's no pressure to have work done.
