Mountain View is truly the best dental office in the greater ATL area. They are super friendly, with 2 great Dentists, and an amazing staff. Today I had some needed fillings done. Piece of cake. The best part was that the admin team emailed me to tell me that this was a good time to get the work done due to my insurance cycle closing. THAT is the kind of thing that sets them apart!
I had a dental cleaning today which was excellent. The hygienist was very gentle and thorough. She also gave me some tips on how to improve my dental hygiene which I found to be useful. The whole office staff is great as well.
I've been one of Glenn Reese's patients since 1991, and I keep going back so he must be good!
As usual, my visit to this office was a pleasure. The staff is first rate - always friendly and welcoming and puts you at ease. My appointment with Dr Smith was painless and professional. The work was done in a timely manner and all my questions were answered. There is nothing to dread about a visit to this office! Everyone here goes over and beyond to make your dental visit a pleasure.
This was my initial visit and from the first person to greet me at the reception desk to the hygienist to Dr. Smith it was courteous, ultra-professional and welcoming. Before each step was taken by the hygienist I was given a description of what was going to happen so there were no surprises. Same with Dr. Smith and his evaluation. I was included on the step by step procedures so I felt like I was involved, not just a patient in a chair. I would recommend this practice without reservation.
Thanks to the excellent work and attentive staff, after 28 years of care, I still have all my teeth. Mission accomplished!
Everyone at this office is always friendly, professional and helpful; from the office staff to the talented and gentle dentists and hygienists. I like that I'm treated like a person here and not just as another insurance ID number to be rushed through the system. :-)
ALWAYS have great visits. Everything is always explained to me, they make sure I am always comfortable and everyone in the office is always so nice I wouldn't go anywhere else for my dental needs.
My entire family goes to Mountain View Dental! Today's was 2nd son's first dental visit. It was a blast and he did great. They are great with kids and adults! From the time you walk in the door you feel like you're with old friends, and they make sure your experience is wonderful.
