Bought into this luxury high rise in 2017. Got strung along for quite some time. Had 180,000 sitting w them for 2 years as I was repeatedly assured they were breaking ground and building. Finally wrote some emails and made some calls with no responses to get an email to say the project was scrapped. When I called the law firm who was holding my money they were questioning the project and said I was one of only a few people still invested, meaning the agent, Barbara who had promised so much had been and was lying. This is going to be a gorgeous luxury high rise tower. I don't know where else you will be able to find such quality high-end finishes, fantastic amenities and amazing river views for a better price. All within walking distance from great shopping, culture, history and restaurants in the River District!
This is one condo if you are looking for a resort style living.
