The apartments were run by a landlord that drives off visitors and gets too involved in the residents bs. She allows her residents to attack eachother unless they’re a favorite. Her own family buys from the dope dealers there. @ krystal

Im currently living here not even two months into it and me and my wife is already sick from dirty, old n worn out carpetting..took .y concern to the manager, she told "Cooperate" who told her my carpet dont need changing they will just change the paddinvs...like really...therr are burn marks, paint, nail polish and mosr importantly " We r now sick from it".... So my next step is to find somewhere else to live..Our health is way important..Would never recommend here to anyone EVER!
They don't take care of the apt the manager is not professional lot of drugs there
This apartment complex is a piece of crap and so is Minnix Property Management. We had a crack head for a land lord who promised something he couldn't keep. Few years later and we're receiving a letter from a debt collection agency about a fee we do not owe. Biggest joke I've ever seen in my life!
This place is run by slum lords, everything is always breaking and they take forever to fix anything. They don't care about their residents, they only care about money. If you get hurt or sick and are out of work for a few weeks they will kick you out into the cold on Christmas if you're late at all on rent. Always threatening residents with eviction for bogus reasons. If you make them work (fix stuff, etc.) they will resent you and try to run you off. Go somewhere else, save yourself the stress and hassle
I'll tell you all this my apartment manager is so great as a handicapped individual she is very protective and make sure that I'm doing OK if you need a quiet place to live come check this place out
