The staff at CPRMC all gave their best. Dr Lawson was so kind and professional. I was very impressed with their care and treatment. I arrived in pain filled with worry and left confident they ruled out anything life threatening feeling grateful and pain free. This was my 2nd ER experience in 10 years, last time I was admitted for Pneumonia for 3 days are restored back to health. I completely trust this facility and it's staff. God Bless you

I went in the other day for routine Lab work and I received excellent services at CPRM. Nicholas at the Information desk was gracious, efficient and had a wonderful attitude.He walked me to Registration so I wouldn't waste my time trying to find it. Princess in registration was wonderful to work with. She was positive, efficient, and did a great job. Erica in lab again provided great service. good nurses friendly staff great doctors
This review is for a visit to the Crystal falls and Lakeline location. My 6 year old broke his arm. There was no wait to see a doctor. Nurse Suzanne was so tender and knew how to care for both my son, and me. Nurse Murphy was very skilled, calm and helped to bring a much needed lightness to the situation. Dr. Kim was efficient, knowledgeable, and very accommodating. An overall excellent experience. If you find yourself needing to go to an ER, I highly recommend this one.
My husband recently had a procedure there in the cath lab, as you can imagine we were a bit on edge. I can't say enough about the two RNs that took care of us. Amy and Dalona went out of their way to make us feel so comfortable and they were so professional and kind. This whole experience was nothing but outstanding and the procedure worked!
