The emergency room staff & techs are rude & have no bed side manners. Not the best service when you're a patient who's in pain & concerned.

It's a good hospital , my husband was there he fell on his knee and they fixed him up , Dr. Dodgin was the one .

I’ve been in there 2 or 3 times !!! I’ve always come home!!! They are kind and caring.

911 the men and women iAt my house within 5 minutes love the girl on this crew And the Doctor andNurse At the hospital Sure a great crew they remember my name from 9 days ago

Why, in the year 2018 can this hospital not get billing correct? We’ve had one bill that we’ve sent proof of payment on (several times) and they can’t figure that one out 🙄 Another, they sent to collections when they 1) never sent us a bill, and 2) messed up the insurance billing on

I'm a patient currently at the hospital. I've been waiting for my nurse to come to my room since before 3:30pm. I've been told twice my nurse will be the one I need to speak to. It seems that everyone does not do that job description. I need to talk to the nurse before anything can be processed. That's including my guess medication as well.

Possibly, probably the worst hospital I’ve ever known or encountered. 9 times out of 10 they can’t treat the problem and have to send you to Austin. I’ve never seen a doctor that has agreed with the doctors treatment for the day before.
