Why, in the year 2018 can this hospital not get billing correct? We’ve had one bill that we’ve sent proof of payment on (several times) and they can’t figure that one out 🙄 Another, they sent to collections when they 1) never sent us a bill, and 2) messed up the insurance billing on
I'm a patient currently at the hospital. I've been waiting for my nurse to come to my room since before 3:30pm. I've been told twice my nurse will be the one I need to speak to. It seems that everyone does not do that job description. I need to talk to the nurse before anything can be processed. That's including my guess medication as well.
Possibly, probably the worst hospital I’ve ever known or encountered. 9 times out of 10 they can’t treat the problem and have to send you to Austin. I’ve never seen a doctor that has agreed with the doctors treatment for the day before.
Good check in people but un caring staff. Would not listen to patients wishes. After third bad experience we will not be back! We have friends that feel the same way.
The only thing about this hospital that was great is my surgeon...... Never been treated so badly. This is actually Baylor Scott and White Lakeway now... Not Cedar Park Regional.
My mother was taken here after a car accident, I must say as a trauma nurse this emergency room is not fit for more than a scratch. They know nothing about trauma!! They did not monitor my mother who is 70+ diabetic with a cardiac history and I mean they didn't check her glucose, blood pressure or cardiac monitoring. Which all needed to be done since she had a fractured sternum, bilateral wrist fractures and rib fractures. They also only came into the room when I went to look for them asking them to monitor her appropriately... read more
