I unfortunately have had to bring people to the ER a couple times over the 8 years I've lived in Cedar Park. I didn't think that those who were there were very attentive to the needs of my friends. One time, my friend was doubled over in pain in her lower back. They treated her as if she must be an addict addicted to pain killers, and they had her sit when she couldn't because of the pressure put on her lower back from sitting. Took my 82 year old mother to the ER with severe abdominal pain. We sat in the waiting room (mom in a wheel chair doubled over in pain) for well over an hour and were never seen. I asked if it would be much longer and their response was "I don't know". We left!! I would NOT take my cat there, and certainly not a loved one or myself.

Not a good place to go. Seems like everyone around us got IV pain meds. Very slow moving folks throughout. Specimen cup left sitting for a while in dirty bathroom. Definitely needing visiting from health department or something!

At the hospital visiting my good friend and nephew Randy Mauldin who fell last Friday and broke his hip then had surgery that evening, going to have to go to rehab from here.
