I was at the cardiac rehab center for three months the staff and volunteers were some of the best people I’ve ever dealt with made me feel like I can accomplish what I did I won’t forget them
We were seen quickly and folks were nice, but they contract their ER docs from Emergency Physicians of Central Texas, who have a D rating from the Better Business Bureau. Our 30 minute visit, which included six minutes with the doctor and two x-rays, cost us over $4000. Two x-rays cost over $800. The emergency room visit was rated a level 4. Because we are STILL waiting for a BED for my husband. We have been in the ER since 8am. It is now 4pm.
The nursing staff in the emergency room are dangerously apathetic. They could not take a manual BP, ignored my verbal patient history and gave me drugs that made me vomit, left a dry iv hanging for almost an hour til the line blew, and ignored a help cord pull from the bathroom. Zero empathy that left me in pain on my hands and knees in the waiting room. As a former re nurse myself, I will definitely will go somewhere else if I ever have another emergency.
The emergency room staff & techs are rude & have no bed side manners. Not the best service when you're a patient who's in pain & concerned.
It's a good hospital , my husband was there he fell on his knee and they fixed him up , Dr. Dodgin was the one .
I’ve been in there 2 or 3 times !!! I’ve always come home!!! They are kind and caring.
