From my daughters delivery by Dr. Cole to the nurses on the L and D floor especially Belinda who walked me through every step!!! She made it possible to stay calm! RecommendedI was admitted to the Medical Center through the ER for an emergency surgery. Everyone from the ER, to Doctors, nurses and medical records were phenomenal! The care I recurved was exceptional. They all went above and beyond to care for me, explain everything to me and help me! A special shout out to my nurses Deb, Nancy and Mindi who took extra donate care with me and Dianne from Medical Records who helped me beyond measure! Thank you all for taking such good care of me!!
RecommendedI had an MRI done on my foot. The technician was knowledgeable and friendly. He outlined how everything was going to proceed. One suggestion might be for earphones that play music to distraction. Overall, a good experience.
Scrap the whole ER staff and start over with people who care! Get a billing department that actually calls you back. Stop sending bills that are being disputed to collections. Get competent people to work there.
