I had outpatient surgery performed at Cedar Park Regional Medical Center on 9-9-2020 and I was so impressed with the friendly and supportive employees in each area of my process. I was particularly Impressed with Kate in the outpatient surgery department. She was very Informative and patient. She took her time and made me feel comfortable with my procedure. came in with oral pain and infection the ER nurse debbie took me back immediately and started asking me whats wrong and taking care of me and got me all set up she was very nice and professional and the ER physician Eric came in looked at me explained to me exactly whats happening and informed me of the plan of action and got my pain under control. he is always awesome to talk to. also a great physician. i was well taken care of tonight

Dr. Monteiro is an amazing, caring, thoughtful and wonderful doctor! One who listens, puts your care, your birth plan and your concerns as a top priority. I never felt any pressure in making any decisions for my pregnancies that I was not comfortable with. He had supported my baby and my health during our COVID timed delivery in March. Dr Ryan Shock, Excellent/ Amazing Doctor who cares about his patients he is a wonderful Dr. the drive was well worth every bit of it and I would do it again. Just don't. Round Rock is not that far. You'll receive better treatment. 3 times I've dealt with this place and I've been beyond pissed each time. Last time they almost killed my husband. Nurses can't keep patients straight. Forget anyone explaining what's going on. If you're unlucky enough to be admitted expect an hour wait for someone to respond to a call light. And forget about the administration listening or being concerned about issues, they NEVER return phones calls. Again, go to Round Rock.
