Arrived at 8:30AM today for routine lab work. Due to an unforeseen “downtime issue” waited an hour and half to have my labs drawn. I thought they had processes in place for this situation. Not thrilled about the wait.

RecommendedYesterday I had surgery at Cedar Park regional Center and must say from the young mane in the hallways receiving 7:00 am patients through to the nurse practioners, everyone was smiling, pleasant with patients and one another, in my hospital bed I could hear friendly chatter, serious conversation in pleasant tones. Into my room came John to ask pertinent questions, very sincerely and kind, excused himself regularly, in case I might think it impertinent. I have had the best experience here. After my surgery I had a rare complication by due to the fast acting and proactive team they were able to get me stable and make me feel comfortable until everything subsided. Nurse Karen in the surgical recovery area is outstanding and she deserves a raise paid time off and anything extra y’all can give her. She always puts all of her patients above herself and it’s that type of experience that makes this hospital great!

I had a c section and I absolutely loved the nurses threw my recovery. Super nice and very patient staff. I highly recommend this hospital. I'll definitely be back for my future babies.

I had a great experience at CPRMC. My preop nurse, Jill Rodgers, was fenominal. She eased my nerves and walked me through the entire process. My nurses, Karen and Nancy, were great as well. I highly recommend Cedar Park Regional Medical Center! Great experience!

Every time that I have gone to Cedar Park Regional Medical Center, I have been well pleased. Today, I was there and had an excellent experience, especially want to give a shout-out to Tamara Cooper who listened about the placement of the IV needle.
