Your billing department has poor billing services. I cant get the money transered and you will not change my credit for my son to my sons other bill this is the worst experiance I have had. I have been hung up on, lied too, refused to get to a manager, and felt like your billing department doestn give much care about your people that need to get money moved to pay a bill. Avoid the ER. After a few hours in the ER, I ended up still in pain and received a bill for over $13,000. They came after the money like a pack of hungry wolves.
